Gravure Printing Machine

1. Usage: Gravure Printing Machine is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC and combined film and paper. Etc. with  good printing performance for multicolor continous printing.
2. Seven-motor control system, adopt with PLC program, the whole machine with four
  segments tension closed-loop control system.
3. Unwind&Rewind units are both adopt with two seperately vector motors to control its
  two different shafts.(4 pcs motors)
4. Unwind traction and Rewind traction are both driven by vector motors. (2 pcs motors).
5. The main motor adopt with vector motors, transferring each group of printing cylinders
  through transmission shafts. (1 pcs motors)
6. Cylinder installation device: by pneumatic type; shaftless type.(Performance:save time
  to install and replace the cylinders).
7. Doctor blade: pressure by pneumatic unit to contral, can be adjsuted into any good
  location, the horizontal movement drive by the sychronic motor.
8. Gravure Printing Machine and tracking pressure rubber rollers adopt with pneumatic units to control

10 Auto color reigster system with video inspecting; each color unit has one electronic-
  eye (except the fisrt color unit) to tracking correct deviation;big camera on rewind side.
11. With auto cutting and splicing device on both unwind&rewind units
